1. Core Invariant: Zero Telemetry & Code Privacy
fckaislop enforces a zero-telemetry architecture. All client linters, immunizers, and text transformers execute 100% in-browser on the client side. Your proprietary code, prompts, and drafts are NEVER transmitted to or stored on our servers.
2. Information We Collect and How It Is Used
During checkout, we collect your email address solely to generate your signed digital delivery token and send payment receipts. Payment details are processed directly by Stripe or Shopier under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance; fckaislop never sees or stores card numbers.
3. Your Rights Under KVKK & GDPR
Under GDPR and KVKK regulations, you retain full rights to inspect, update, or permanently delete your customer records. Simply email contact@fckaislop.dev to exercise these rights.
